Inclusivity is a core component of a Lafayette education. The Inclusive Instructors Academy (IIA) immerses participants in a semester-long experience focused on inclusive teaching to advance instructional excellence at the College. Faculty and staff members will attend monthly meetings, read materials on inclusive teaching, discuss research-supported strategies for inclusion, develop goals for inclusion for the semester, implement strategies, and discuss and obtain feedback on their efforts with colleagues and a student partner. All tenure-line, visiting, adjunct faculty, and staff of any experience level with regards to inclusive teaching are invited to apply.

All participants who complete the requirements of the academy will receive a certificate of completion. All participants are welcome to complete the IIA more than once.
