Spring 2021 Semester
Thursdays:
Feb 25, March 25, April 22, May 27
3 – 4 pm ET
We care about the educational outcomes of our Lafayette students and that each engages in a transformative learning experience while at the College. To help achieve these ends, faculty members across divisions and departments are invited to participate in a discussion group focused on anti-racist teaching with the ultimate goals of benefiting all of our learners. The group will meet once a month during the Spring 2021 semester to discuss readings related to anti-racist teaching, focusing on the experiences of Black and Brown people. CITLS also anticipates holding a course or assignment design institute this summer that includes sessions focused on anti-racist teaching. Participants are also welcome to attend this institute.
Please register for the discussion group by February 12th. See link in Lafayette Today.
