New Faculty Learning Community

The New Faculty Learning Community kicked off the Spring 2024 semester with a discussion about their fall teaching experiences and plans for the spring. They’ll continue to meet for lunch on select Fridays throughout the semester.  During these sessions, they’ll engage in additional informal discussions surrounding their teaching, learn about resources to support them in their careers at the college such as the Office of Advising and College Writing Program, explore high-impact practices at an event with various offices, programs, and centers, and celebrate their first year at Lafayette with an end-of-year gathering.
