The mission of CITLS is to provide programming, services and additional resources that promote teaching excellence at Lafayette College. The faculty advisory board plays an integral role in the functioning of the Center, and convenes a few times each year to provide counsel to the CITLS director. Advisory board members voluntarily commit to two years of service, and perform the following roles:

  • Inform the CITLS director of faculty needs on campus for pedagogical development
  • Serve as a sounding board for current and future CITLS initiatives, and
  • Act as a liaison to faculty departments to disseminate CITLS resources.
