Student-Faculty Pedagogical Partnerships

Student-faculty pedagogical partnership models are highly effective at advancing teaching efforts. Building on the success of the Inclusive Instructors Academy partnership model, this semester a CITLS student fellow participating in the Inclusive Instructors Academy will be available to work with faculty members outside of the Academy.

Benefits of Working with Our Student Partners

  • Build a practice of pedagogical dialogue with a student partner trained on specific pedagogical tools and instruments.
  • Gain a greater appreciation and awareness of the experiences of students from a student not currently enrolled in your classes.
  • Enhance the classroom experience for students by applying evidence-based tools and strategies.
