The worked primarily in the Inclusive Instructors Academy, which employs the Student Pedagogical Partnership model as a tool to support inclusive teaching practices. As a semester-culminating experience, student partners were asked to share what inclusive and equitable teaching looks like at Lafayette based on their experiences as learners and observers.
