Description
The International Faculty & Staff Community of Practice (IFSCP) is a community for Lafayette faculty & staff members who self-identify as international. Members of this community may have been born and raised in countries outside of the United States and experienced educational systems in different parts of the world.
Objectives
- Build community and create networking opportunities for international faculty & staff members.
- Provide opportunities for international faculty & staff members to share their lived experiences in academe with teaching, scholarship, and service.
- Hold a space to individually and collectively share knowledge.
