Description 

The International Faculty Community of Practice (IFCP) is a community for Lafayette faculty members who self-identify as international. Members of this community may have been born and raised in countries outside of the United States and experienced educational systems in different parts of the world. 

Objectives

  • Build community and create networking opportunities for international faculty members. 
  • Provide opportunities for international faculty members to share their lived experiences in academe with teaching, scholarship, and service. 
  • Hold a space to individually and collectively share knowledge.
