Faculty are welcome to adapt and send the Preparing for Spring Student Course Form to their students before the semester begins. This brief form includes questions about how students will experience the class, student access to technology, and other items they would like to share with to aid in course preparations. Please follow the instructions below to access, adapt and send the form.
Instructions
- Go to drive.google.com
- Select the + New button
- Go to More > Google Forms > From a template
- In the Template Gallery, select the “Lafayette College” tab
- Select “Template of Preparing for Spring Student Course Form”
- Update the form to match your course information
- Add or change questions using the instructions from the Google Support site
- Send the link to your students either through email or embedded in the Moodle course site. Purple Send button > chain link icon > copy the link
