VITAL faculty play a unique and essential role at Lafayette, advancing undergraduate learning, enriching our academic community, and pursuing professional growth. Together, this group will build community, foster connections, and engage in discussions that speak specifically to the distinct experiences and goals of VITAL faculty at the College.

Objectives

  • Create a space for VITAL faculty to connect, share experiences, and navigate the unique aspects of their roles at Lafayette together.
  • Facilitate targeted discussions and resource-sharing focused on pedagogy, career growth, and the specific professional goals of VITAL faculty.
